Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 14, 2026 ยท Effective from October 14, 2026
1. Who we are
herronwebdesign.com is published by MEDIA 10 LIMITED (company number 04616235), Crown House, 151 High Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4LF. MEDIA 10 LIMITED decides how information about visitors to the site is used, so it is the “controller” for the purposes of data protection law.
2. What we collect
We do not ask you for personal information. The site has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, no newsletter, no comments and no payment features. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Technical data
Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive standard technical data with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the time. This data is needed to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use it to identify you or to contact you.
4. Files loaded from a content delivery network
To display the page, your browser downloads design files (UIkit) from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When it does, that service receives your IP address and browser details, as any host of a file would. Those files do not give us any information about you.
5. When you click through to a provider
Calls to action in our articles lead to a provider’s own website. That website belongs to an independent company, which collects and uses information under its own privacy notice. The link carries campaign parameters so the provider can see that the visit came from this site. We do not add any personal information about you to the link.
6. Cookies
The site does not set cookies of its own. See our Cookies page for more.
7. Why we process technical data, and for how long
Our reason is to run and secure the site, which is a legitimate interest. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK data protection law and South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom or the Information Regulator in South Africa.
9. How to contact us
To use any of these rights, write to MEDIA 10 LIMITED at the registered office address on our Contact page and tell us which page you visited and what you would like us to do.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change how the site works in a way that affects your information, we will update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
